Great company early on, then post 2018 lost it's core values. No longer a collaborative company that values internal concerns/feedback.

Experience has been excellent. Company culture is great among reps but lots of issues among management. Pay is great. Benefits amazing. Lots of changes recently, hard to comment on pay structure.
