Yardi offers competitive solutions in the real estate market and is a solid company overall. However, leadership appears disconnected from their teams, consistently setting unrealistic expectations. Both mid-market and enterprise teams are expected to achieve the same goals, which puts significant strain on many, including secondary reps struggling to meet these demands. Unfortunately, management continues to set employees up for failure with these unreasonable expectations. While the service teams benefit from strong leadership and growth opportunities, the sales department does not experience the same support. If you're seeking stability, Yardi provides that, but if you're looking for a livable wage, you may want to consider other options."

Great culture great people, benefits were also pretty good. Base and commission were definitely on the lower end.
