Leadership changes the strategy too often and they overwork their reps. Expectations are unrealistic. Those who speak up are the first to get fired. No job security even if you're working 80-100 hours per week. Lots of layoffs due to fierce competition and poor sales numbers.

Layoffs every quarter, leadership is not transparent and hard to deal with. No one ever hit quota.
