Very early stage startup. Can’t figure out how to position the company which makes it tough to deliver a consistent value prop. Every sales metrics is below average as a result - win rate, average deal size, sales cycle. You basically need to give a lot of discounts to win a deal and be buddy buddy with the CEO. The product strategy & roadmap is all over the place....Read More
