The team that was in place when I joined was great. However, new CEO came in and turned everything upside down and there was too much chaos. Hopefully they get back on track because they have a great product.

Sales roles have gotten more difficult over time due to constant changes in strategy. Leadership needs to make things easier for employees and it's clients.
