Sales roles have gotten more difficult over time due to constant changes in strategy. Leadership needs to make things easier for employees and it's clients.

Lots of uncertainties and chaotic place. Zero career progression plan. People across the org are either dropping like flies through multiple lay offs or resigning due to fear and uncertainties. Sinking ship with no clear direction from senior leaders. Middle managers have great ideas and strategies but senior leaders remain major blockers. Missed revenue quarter after quarter and everyone is dropping like flies. Avoid at all cost.
