Great product with many referencable customers making the sales process easier, however it's a complex sale, selling to many stakeholders in a target account.

Leadership talk a lot about the culture but the truth is they have built a unique and great culture. The danger is this is under threat (as with any business) as company continues to grow and hires people that aren't bothered or bought into the same culture/vision.
