My overall experience has been good. Amazing company, however, sales incentives and spiffs are poor. Everything is self generated for leads. They have not figured out inside sales roles at all and they are very top heavy.

Amazing company and a great product. However, I won't recommend joining the CSD organization in EMEA, as career progression is quite slim (max 2/10). This doesn't has to do with performance

It’s a great company with great people.. Still a lot to figure out from a process standpoint and their definition of “Enterprise” is pretty lose.
