Watch out for old AEs who made their way into management (RSD) and although found success as a rep, they do not know how to carrie a team or get the most out of their employees. Just because Michael Jordan was a good player, doesn't mean he would've made a good coach.

Workday has a strong culture and market leading HCM product. FINS product is mid and comp plan rewards retaining customers much more than it does hunting new ones.
