Good product that works, happy customers, very competitive base/ESPP ("golden handcuffs"). Working here is commodity selling: the good news is, everyone needs ERP/HCM; the bad news? everyone needs ERP/HCM so with the market saturation where it is, these deals are a race to the bottom. My over all experience was positive However, I feel like diversity and inclusion is low in leadership which was a disappointment. Overall experience is okay, there are high quotas in the customer base side relative to the amount of pipeline you walk into. Extremely high demand gen expectations for an account management role with low BCR’s even when you exceed quota. Solid culture and collaborative leadership team in sales.
