Great place to work, a great business model and market-leading solution. Very big corporate business and good promotional track. I'd recommend working here if you're looking for a larger commercial business with a great culture, smart people and good work/life balance.

My overall experience at Workday was great. Limited opportunities for promotions. Lots of politics in the office and the sales org. Not much training and development for DRs unless you are a manager. Good pay but some of the teams are set up to fail.
