Training is quite sink or swim and they are chopping up territories to make it harder however the culture is great, everyone acts like adukes and the pay is generous.

The sales org is not diverse. Particularly in leadership. I think they could do a better job finding diverse talent to promote.

Workday has a strong culture and market leading HCM product. FINS product is mid and comp plan rewards retaining customers much more than it does hunting new ones.

My overall experience is great. There are some challenges like everywhere else, but Workday brand goes a long way. Very optimistic about the future of the company.
