My overall experience thus far has been average. For a company saving for high growth, there is little process infrastructure adhered to, especially by management and upper management as forecasts, re forecasts are all done manually outside of the many tools Workday have to manage such a process which leads to micro management to a deal level. The sales org is not diverse. Particularly in leadership. I think they could do a better job finding diverse talent to promote.
