I sell to both mid-market and enterprise and often feel Workday solutions are too expensive for some of the smaller mid-markets.

Laid off my manager who had been there less than a year for "performance" and two weeks before Christmas. No PIP, warning or severance. Pretty cut throat for an HR software company that claims to care about employees.
