My overall experience was really positive at Workday, I'd love to work there once again if possible, only left as I was moving country. Great company and sales org to grow.

Amazing culture, smart & authentic people. Recently Workday Over-hired & current territories are not viable. Quota is not aligned with actual potential.

good company and products, difficult selling into the Canadian market. Maybe 1-2 leads per year and small territories of 40 accounts.

Culture has really changed and people are not happy. Not the same Workday as 2+ years ago. Leadership micromanages everything you do and there is very little fun to be had with coworkers. All business and what have you done for me lately. They don’t treat employees fairly and bully into sales results.
