It’s a great company with great people.. Still a lot to figure out from a process standpoint and their definition of “Enterprise” is pretty lose.

From what I could see, they had reached somewhat of a saturation point with net new customers. Inbound leads very few and far between, the BDR worked very hard for outbound. Sale cycles were 18 to 24 months. The company over hired sales reps, so the company would not miss their number, however, only about 40% of the individuals met or exceeded their number.
