There are no real KPI's to measure, goals and quotas are set with no real forecasting or data that makes sense, and the leadership team focuses on the wrong metrics.

If you’re looking to learn, grow, make money, or build a career… then highly encourage you to avoid Wonolo at all costs. The high time of Wonolo passed after the 7th round of layoffs. Their last round was silent, as they fired multiple people without cause.
