There are no real KPI's to measure, goals and quotas are set with no real forecasting or data that makes sense, and the leadership team focuses on the wrong metrics.

There is a very hostile, unprofessional and combative person who is taking away from Wonolo’s success by scaring off incredible talent and ruining culture. Get him out. Now.
