Overall a good company to work for. Attainment is on the rise, new leadership is good in the demand org. Reps are being enabled to do a better job. There is constant change however.

The demand organization at Wonolo is in need of real leadership and direction. The culture is very toxic and difficult to work in. There are no real KPI's to measure, goals and quotas are set with no real forecasting or data that makes sense, and the leadership team focuses on the wrong metrics.

This company is a sinking ship. Leadership needs a total overhaul. Every “Director” here is comical. If you’re looking to learn, grow, make money, or build a career… then highly encourage you to avoid Wonolo at all costs. The high time of Wonolo passed after the 7th round of layoffs. Their last round was silent, as they fired multiple people without cause.
