My overall experience has been great. Depending on what team you're on and who your manager is, your experience can be very different. The company goes through a lot of changes very fast, which can cause instability in job security and career growth.

Wonolo needs to take a look into the current Leadership. There is a total lack of diversity and men clearly run things. There is a very hostile, unprofessional and combative person who is taking away from Wonolo’s success by scaring off incredible talent and ruining culture. Get him out. Now.
