Swinging from overstaffed to understaffed is a trend at this company. Mid-level managers were either intentionally checked out, or unable to grasp the intricacies of the role. If you can enter into the CA market it may be better, but the other territories were severely undersupported.

The turnover of management is high.. it was kind of like being on the show survivor. Every week it was a new smaller cast.
