It's been great so far, hands down the best management I've had in my career so far - really a breath of fresh air. It's a large, London-based company that is very profitable, but ATX office has a fun startup vibe (maybe 40 people). Commission plan is a bit confusing but sounds like they are simplifying it for the better soon.

Toxic culture with new CEO. Major layoffs (30% of company). Got rid of the new teams helping sales close deals (sales enablement and marketing). Can't stick to a strategy long enough to see it through. Data is a mess, no decent CRM and when sales and marketing leadership looked to fix this, they got made redundant.
