Stack Overflow is crashing and burning in real time. No one is overperforming. Barely anyone near quota. They have cut multiple roles. The company is 1/3 of the size it was a couple years ago. The platform is declining in relevance and leadership are asleep at the wheel.

Great people and excellent benefits, however, the product development and strategy is poorly executed. Too many pivots and not enough forward momentum. There have been many changes to the sales organization over the last 10-12 weeks, but the jury is out on the new leaders. Time will tell.
