SDR base is 40K (target SMB) SDR II base is 50K (target SMB) BDR base is 60K (target MidMarket, Enterprise, and Strategic Accounts) Depending on where you start the base pay varies. There is no ability to negotiate the base salary or commission. No accelerators and comp plan is based on completed appointments, hitting call goals, and closed won deals.

growing pains within the organization, many changes; I've had three managers since beginning in May and zero sales training often will take more than a couple of days for quotes to be approved on a small deal; great product, less than stellar internal organization.

EBITDA focused rev org, tried to inflate booking values by raising prices and offering incentives for longer term contracts with 0 training for the reps.
