This resulted in lost faith and trust from customers, increased churn, decreased bookings, and inability to hit quota (which increased exponentially from plan year '23).
Top down leadership model, no transparency or sense of psychological safety which was made worse when the CRO demoted 3 managers simultaneously, fired one of them six weeks later, and subsequently flew all sales reps back for a week working in the office regardless of family situations. Micromanagement to a tee, zero empathy, horrendous leadership.
