Overall good experience, good comp structure. Tough environment to sell in when it is software a lot of companies think of as nice to have not a need to have.

My overall experience was fairly negative. We had a few shining lights in the AE's I worked along side. BUt the company has done 3 layoffs in 1 year. We started off 2024 with 30+ AEs. They are now down to 10? No clue where they fit in the market. Reactive vs. Proactive. - and jsut so many more redflags.

Disorganized and poorly led, this company sets unrealistic quotas while relying heavily on micromanagement. Leadership makes impulsive, short-sighted decisions that cause issues for both employees and customers. Morale is low due to constant changes without clear direction or strategy. Would not recommend for those seeking stability or a supportive work environment.

Decent company, but quota was unreachable given the size of the book of business. If you were in expansion sales you spent a lot of time repairing relationships to even get to point where customers would take your calls. They promised a lot of $, but in the end, sellers start leaving because they aren't selling.

Great product, amazing customers that love us, comp is competitive for the enablement space but I have seen higher than 300 OTE for enterprise roles

The company has a sellable product but the leadership culture, from the top down, motivates its sales org to perform via fear. New leadership is very metric/KPI-motivated which is a breeding ground for micromanagement.

Was at MT for 2 yrs, new leadership joined in 2023 and everything went downhill. They let go a manager that was above 200% of quota, when questioned they replied "this is an at will company, we don't have to have a reason". The company also provides spiffs from time to time. You can earn anything between $25 - $100 per spiff.

Good product with bad positioning, management, and marketing team. Our competition sponsors most if not all events. Marketing is living in their own little bubble managing SDR's that have no incentive working with sales. Since the pandemic there have been a handful of layoffs, if you hit your number you're gone! BEWARE
