Leadership was supportive. There was lots of changes internally and PE investor control. Reputation took a hit but sounds like new leadership is working to improve everything.

SDR base is 40K (target SMB) SDR II base is 50K (target SMB) BDR base is 60K (target MidMarket, Enterprise, and Strategic Accounts) Depending on where you start the base pay varies. There is no ability to negotiate the base salary or commission. No accelerators and comp plan is based on completed appointments, hitting call goals, and closed won deals.

Arrogant leadership that treats the inside sales team like a red headed step child and praises the member value team who has the same closing rate but with more than double the leads.
