I really enjoyed working for Copper and performed well. Sadly the company laid off a big proportion of staff in late 2023 to focus their resources on improving the product which hadn't been significantly changed over the years. I worked there pre-covid. Overall it was a good experience to get saas sales experience. Deal size was pretty small so high velocity required to hit quota, which changed all the time. Not a ton of consistency while I was there in terms of KPI metrics and multiple layoffs.
