inbound lead flow is terrible, average deal size is $2000 ARR; but quota is $110,000 ARR/month. My overall experience was terrible. Its full of "useful idiots" in leadership who do not know the comp plans. Leadership has no idea what they are doing and are generally being taught by their subordinates. You are constantly encouraged to be deceitful with your pipeline and sign folks into a contracts that only benefit the company.
