My overall experience was terrible. Its full of "useful idiots" in leadership who do not know the comp plans. Leadership has no idea what they are doing and are generally being taught by their subordinates. You are constantly encouraged to be deceitful with your pipeline and sign folks into a contracts that only benefit the company.

growing pains within the organization, many changes; I've had three managers since beginning in May and zero sales training often will take more than a couple of days for quotes to be approved on a small deal; great product, less than stellar internal organization.
