Worst and most demotivating commission structure that is heavily tilted towards the company massively. Plus NO benefits. Company is stingy despite great financials but they never give back to staff apart from a single company holiday every year. Great product-market fit with many reaching our exceeding quota. But sink or swim given the commission structure which works in tiers - something that's unique but not for the best. Very toxic culture within the company. Inbound leads will only go to the reps that the head of sales wants it to go to. You share an air bnb with co workers and sometimes even beds on company trips! Stay far away from this organization.

Lack of support from management. You will feel like you’re on an island stranded. False promises of rewards for winning competitions, promotions etc. They will leave you to cover their own ass in a second.
