Worst and most demotivating commission structure that is heavily tilted towards the company massively. Plus NO benefits. Company is stingy despite great financials but they never give back to staff apart from a single company holiday every year. Monthy targets are too high and with the amount of reps, it's hard to find accounts that are ripe and ready to be prospected as there are no territories. Commission structure is a big red flag with the company trying their best to stop you from earning money but then as much as possible at little costs. Commission works based on thresholds and not on a flat rate. Monthly targets don't reset till after 6 months. So if you don't close for a month never mind 2 you'll far so far behind your 6 month target that you won't make any commission. Fall behind target one month and you'll have to make it back the next month. Some people end up closing deals and get 0% commission, it's a joke. Avoid if you want to make money, it's 100% outbound with no SDRs and leaders that are so inexperienced it is unreal. Never any solid advice just 'you got this!'

Great place to work, best comms structure I’ve seen. If your hitting (realistic) targets then you can make a lot of money here

Very toxic culture within the company. Inbound leads will only go to the reps that the head of sales wants it to go to. You share an air bnb with co workers and sometimes even beds on company trips! Stay far away from this organization.
