My overall experience has been pretty good with a little bit of bumps in the road. This organization has the resources but you as the seller have to be independent and seek for the information you need to be successful. Being a self starter is needed to be successful.

Becoming more corporate and numbers focused. Decent pay structure but the bar to obtain quota is very high. Training is very lackluster.
