Recently did another round of layoffs and let go of top talent while keeping some people in place who had no business staying. Top talent is starting to head for the exit. Great team overall. Strong culture & GREAT product. High quota attainment, but quota attainment continues to become increasingly difficult to hit and earning potential over the years has decreased on performance.
