Great team overall. Strong culture & GREAT product. High quota attainment, but quota attainment continues to become increasingly difficult to hit and earning potential over the years has decreased on performance.

Unfortunately, layoffs affected the entire field sales team recently. I enjoyed working at 7shifts and the product has a strong market fit that resonates with restauranteurs. In my opinion, they jumped the gun a bit on fleshing out a field sales org. Over hired with minimal resources and structures in place to help reps succeed.

7shifts offers a strong product. However, they cut their entire sales org and it now no longer exists. Their best model is software/product first.
