Unfortunately, layoffs affected the entire field sales team recently. I enjoyed working at 7shifts and the product has a strong market fit that resonates with restauranteurs. In my opinion, they jumped the gun a bit on fleshing out a field sales org. Over hired with minimal resources and structures in place to help reps succeed.

Recently did another round of layoffs and let go of top talent while keeping some people in place who had no business staying. Top talent is starting to head for the exit. 7shifts is a great company overall with a best in class product. Solid people and solid management. My only caveat would be the base and OTE. I would consider it lower than industry average.
