Former Employee Recently did another round of layoffs and let go of top talent while keeping some people in place who had no business staying. Top talent is starting to head for the exit. I hope this is a red flag for the executive team, you need to pay above or at least industry average if you want people to stick around. Also, take a look at your management team in a certain department….there is a reason why so many people are quitting…if you fix that you might see 7shifts get back to what it use to be in terms of culture, morale, and it being a place people want to come work at. The product is still great, and direct colleagues are wonderful, wish I would say the same about middle management. Browse Other Reviews
