Overall mixed feelings, there have been major layoffs and there is not a high level of trust.

Leadership is a mess, product are great but GTM strategy is non-existent. Sink of swim environment, sales culture largely lone wolves. Quota attainment largely by senior sales people being fed leads and farming their largest accounts. New sellers are in a tough position.
