Worst and most demotivating commission structure that is heavily tilted towards the company massively. Plus NO benefits. Company is stingy despite great financials but they never give back to staff apart from a single company holiday every year. Lack of support from management. You will feel like you’re on an island stranded. False promises of rewards for winning competitions, promotions etc. They will leave you to cover their own ass in a second.
