Poor. They lied about OTE. Told me that 60% of reps make over $120,000 which is far from the truth. Top guys on my team made like $115,000. There were people making $180,000+ but in the end it was a glorified call center. Just calling every day, 50+ SMB medical offices. Nothing strategic, just spraying and praying. Your team matters, you may be super micromanaged to where you actually feel like you’re in a call center or you may be with a chill sales director. No upward growth which is the worst part. You’re in line behind 100 different reps to get promoted to sales director.

Great place. Struggles on comp. But are working on changing that.

My overall experience has been good. You do need to grind if you want to even be middle of the pack. Not that many reps are hitting quota so most everyone is on a PIP or coaching plan.
