Very sink or swim on outbound. They will not promote outbound reps to inbound anymore. Seems that they are not promoting to director roles either. Some people have a knack for it and can do very well. However, on outbound only 7 people (out of 130) can hit the quota they've set month over month. If you apply for the inbound role you can actually make money. Outbound you are more than likely to not make much in commission/hit quota. They're ok with it though. The machine keeps turning and Weave keeps selling. Great fit, strong market presence. Tough outbound process/org.

Overall experience went downhill the last year and a half, when they hired the VP of sales. They restructured the entire organization to save money, and the company might show it’s in the black for shareholders, but it looks like short term gains.

Okay, I worked as an “outbound AE” there is very high turnover similar to SDR roles. A very small percentage of people hit the “OTE” that being said they have good training and mostly good leadership
