I think they are banking on partnering with medspa EHR software when in reality they should just make Weave Core (non-integrated) it's own EHR system with a phone system integrated but that is way above my paygrade.

There is no room for growth so if you work at Weave you have very slim chances of being promoted. It has turned into a starter AE job. 90% of AE's have less than 2 years at Weave due to the high churn of AE's.
