Weave is a solid company to work for as a whole. PMF is top tier, leadership and culture is top tier. Base is very low and there’s no progression plan to increase.

Really mislead in the hiring process. They talked a lot about DEI and culture. Which is true for a lot of the company but missing in the Sales team. Heard and saw so much homophobic and racist things. The math for OTE does not add up either. When brought up to the head of sales he could not answer how it was $60k off. I love Weave, great culture and company. They don’t offer any raises, anyone who started in 2023 as an account executive will have a 55k base.
