C-Suite execs look at you like cattle (which lets be honest you are their best marketing tool they have) as long as they hit their targets they're good! They are looking to add MORE outbound reps when there is no new lead flow in outbound. You are calling leads that were called 3 months ago (almost to the dot) to try and drum up new business. Your best bet is to hope that a new office manager has started up or the offices phones have died recently. The dental space is getting heavily saturated and it's an uphill battle trying to make any real money. The ROE rules are pretty heavily favored for the small inbound team so you've got an uphill battle in the snow.
Would not recommend working here unless you are looking to get into the SaaS industry or need your first "AE" job. I say "AE" in quotes because you spend 85% of your time doing SDR work. This is really a glorified SDR position.
