Innovative. Incredible leaders. Supportive. Does take advantage of the low cost of living in primary location, driving compensation lower. That's economics, I suppose. No hard feelings. I would do the same as an employer.

The team was extremely nice and everyone truly cares and motivates one another. They also give a clear promotional path of what needs to be done in order to reach AE. Only downside was the pay is not as much as other companies.

Commission potential was high. Length of sales cycle for enterprise hospital deals was new for leadership to comprehend moving from ambulatory sales. Marketing foucs was strictly on public perception and IPO and not toward decision makers in the sales cycle. Great product since they've acquired 8 companies to make Waystar.

My overall experience is positive, but Waystar needs to work on creating a better implementation process and CSM team to effectively manage established relationships with enterprise accounts in the hospital/health system space. Need to continue innovating tech too.
