Tons of turnover and seems getting shaped up to sell. Short term goals and willing to do anything for a deal. Cut sales pay and RIF 10%+ of workforce cut comp 50% and raised quota 30% Very challenging to sell larger deals, they are there but take time. Most $1mm deals took 3+ years.

CSM incentive structure was recently changed to become very activity and admin based. Very clear they want to make it harder to hit full incentive. We need to create a deck for each customer, and log a QBR, IBR, CSP and relationship matrix for each customer, each quarter. That is just to unlock the ability to earn incentive.
