Upselling customers in hosting. Sometimes value is present. Sometimes not.

Quota attainment % is very bloated - it doesn't address the fact that there's a huge amount of turnover. Inbound lead flow is terrible on both the quality and quantity front so every month as an AE is a roll of the dice.
