Great to get your foot in the door with tech, terrible for longevity. Company is ran by a bunch of Nepo hires and they only care about numbers. There are highly skilled and tenured reps who can’t get promoted in the sales org because they’re set up for failure from the beginning. Meanwhile there are kids straight out of college being promoted to manager because they received a thriving sales patch.

Verkada is a great place to be. Definitely high expectations and hard work, but tons of upside and reward.
