Verkada has an amazing product. This job is very metric based and being in the office is a MUST. Culture is very "grind hard and win" type of culture. The product is a great fit. Maybe too ahead of it's time considering the gap of time still remaining for people to move NVR/DVR based systems to cloud is till 20 years. It is not superior, its as good as on-prem solutions. The product is innovative and fun to sell. The market is saturated but at the same time, the main value add is that there isn't a company that can do it all while having a single dashboard to manage it scale.
