They don’t set you up for success rather their model is to cycle through account reps so they can under pay them and have ramping reps inflate quota attainment. Once you reach fully ramped very few reps stay on board and are successful. You will be treated like a number not a person. Sales Managers are not held accountable and if you ask them to join a closing call don’t expect anything except for them to site on the call in silence with video off and on mute. Don’t buy into the hype the employee churn here is super high and most reps seem miserable. Browse Other Reviews
