Sales Ops does not know how to assign territories in a remotely fair method. Someone covering rural Arkansas will have the same quota as someone covering New York City or San Francisco.

Flexibility of working in territory is very nice, and depending on your manager so is your day to day in the office. Be prepared to be hounded on the ins and outs of every deal.
